Important Shipping Timeline Update

Please note that some orders may be fulfilled in multiple shipments. If your order includes Ford OEM components—such as a genuine Ford display—you may receive two separate packages. One package will be shipped from our warehouse, while the other will be dispatched directly from a Ford Parts Distribution Center (PDC).

In some cases, if an item is temporarily missing from your shipment, this is due to the unusually high order volume or short-term stock limitations. Rest assured, your order has been clearly flagged in our system. Once new inventory arrives, any missing components will be prioritized and shipped to you at the earliest possible opportunity.

Due to our recent promotional period combined with the holiday season, we have received an exceptionally high volume of orders, which has temporarily exceeded our normal order processing capacity. As a result, your shipment may experience a slight delay.

  • Caution

    FordPass remote control will retain full functionality unless the owner performs a “Master Reset,” in which case the original SYNC 3 system must be reinstalled to complete FordPass reactivation. Although all orders are shipped pre-loaded with the latest available SYNC 4 software at the time of delivery, future SYNC 4 updates cannot be obtained via over-the-air (OTA) or Wi-Fi due to generational differences between the SYNC 4 Gateway Module and the original SYNC 3 Gateway Module architecture, which does not support OTA update pathways. You may contact us if you wish to update the software.
